Place: Hamburg exhibition halls
We supported the Itzehoe District Court in the votes of the creditors’ meeting. 76,000 Prokon investors were asked to vote on the restructuring concept of Prokon insolvency administrator Dietmar Penzlin at one of the largest creditors’ meetings in German economic history. Two days before the creditors’ meeting, our team of 20 employees set up and put the system into operation. The approx. 13,000 sqm presence area in the Hamburg exhibition halls was a great challenge for our team. An additional exhibition hall was also fully equipped as an overflow room. The voting results with evaluations of the corresponding voting weight were available to the court within a few minutes. The success and reliability led to an electronic vote at the second creditors’ meeting of the cooperative insolvency plan.
